Your order will be processed within 1 business day as long as they are in stock. However,
some of our products are sent directly from the manufacturer. We mainly ship via Canada
Post Expedited Parcel but will also use CanPar Ground (Canada only) - we'll choose
whichever company has a lower shipping rate. See rates are below.

For orders under $100 the rate will be $12.95-13.95 and $18.95-20.95 (depending on
your location) for orders over $100. The rate will be calculated when you check out. All
pricesare in Canadian funds. If you would like your order shipped faster, please contact us
and we'll obtain the fees and delivery times for your request. Additional fees will apply
including customs charges.

Gift Wrapping
Most of the products available through the Baby 'n Me Boutique have the option of being gift
wrapped and sent to another address, upon request. We ensure there is no price on the gift
and also include a gift tag with - your personal message - free of charge. We will also take a
photo of the wrapped gift to email to the buyer so you can see exactly what your gift will look
like! Please contact us should you want to add this service as availability & pricing will depend
on the product ($2-3).
Note: We strongly recommend not sending gifts to hospitals or medical facilities as
additional charges could be incurred if the gift recipient is discharged before the parcel
arrives.

Upon the launch of our boutique, we discovered a small technical issue with the order processing
(charging in the wrong currency). So, we are currently working on switching to another e-commerce
provider.
In the meantime, were are offering 4 payment options:
• Paying with your Credit Card or PayPal account - we will promptly email you the invoice via
PayPal. You simply follow the instructions on how to pay with your credit card or PayPal account on
PayPal's secure server and that's it!
• Money Order - We will contact you with mailing instructions
• Personal Cheque - once we receive the cheque and it is cleared we will promptly process your order
• COD **available only to those picking up their order (in Chatham, ON)**

Returns must be made within 90 days of your purchase. Refunds will be available within 10
days of purchase and a credit or exchange will be issued within 90 days of purchase. Simply
contact us and we will give you instructions on how to send the parcel back (protocol may
differ from product to product). Upon receiving your return we will issue you a full refund or
exchange, less shipping. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges or gift wrapping fees
unless it was a mistake on our behalf. Opened, used, skin care and personalized items are
final sale (except in the case of a defective product).
Pick Up Your Order!
If you live (or will be visiting) in Southwestern Ontario and would prefer to pick up your order,
you may do this at no charge! When you're checking out, choose the 'pick up' option. We are
located in Chatham, Ontario which is about halfway between London and Windsor. With this
option you can also pay with cash (except for personalized items - they must be paid in full
before we can have it produced for you & extra shipping charges may apply). Contact us for
details and to set up a pick up time.
